The terms that govern your use of Idara Setu App.

These terms are an agreement between you and Idara Studio(“we”, “us”), the operator of Idara Setu App (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
Using the Service
- The Service is provided to schools and coaching institutes to manage students, attendance, fees, marks, homework, admissions, and parent communication.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for having the right to store it.
- You must keep your login credentials secure and not share them.
- You may not misuse the Service, attempt to access other Schools’ data, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Messaging & communication
You are responsible for the messages you choose to send to parents (including over WhatsApp) and for having a lawful basis to contact them. You agree to comply with the WhatsApp Business Platform policies and applicable laws when sending messages through the Service.
Data ownership
The data you enter remains yours. We process it to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. You can request export or deletion at any time.
Availability
We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability. We may update or improve features over time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Idara Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. You remain responsible for your own records and backups of critical information.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination, data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion instructions.
