Data Deletion Instructions

If you are a parent or student

The information about you is owned and managed by your School. The quickest way to have it corrected or removed is to contact your School directly. You may also email us using the details below and we will coordinate the request with your School.

If you are a School / account owner

You can request deletion of your entire account and all associated student, parent, staff, attendance, fee, marks, homework, and admission records by emailing us from your registered email address.

How to request deletion

1. Email admin@iamsajidansari.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”.
2. Tell us your name, your School’s name, and the phone number or email associated with the account.
3. Describe what you would like deleted (a specific record, or the whole account).

What happens next

• We verify the request to make sure it is genuine.
• We delete or anonymise the requested data within 30 days.
• We confirm by email once it is done.

Some information may be retained where we are legally required to keep it (for example, financial records for tax purposes). Any retained data is kept only for as long as the law requires.
